Tracy Chapman, LMHC, LPC

The expert in your situation is you, and I am here to listen with compassion and respect. When you are in session with me, I want you to feel welcomed, safe, and to trust that I am here to walk alongside you. I believe that sometimes the simplest change can make the biggest difference in our lives, and I place great value in seeing each client as an individual - unique and valued. My focus is on helping you discover your strengths as well as heal and grow in the areas where you struggle. Ultimately, I want to help you find hope in your journey.

Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are.
— Brené Brown

Boomer, who was a huge part of our life for 11 years, passed away in 2025, and even though he may have journeyed over the rainbow bridge, I still feel his presence every day! Many of my clients have gotten to meet him and be a part of his story over the years.

First of all, I have to introduce my fur babies! Callie is a new addition to our family and is a rescue pup from Texas. Piper is a 10 yr old rescue kitty from Tennessee. They are learning to tolerate each other at this point and like siblings, they love to annoy each other too! Don’t be surprised if we are on tele-health and they make a cameo appearance. Callie also plans on coming to the office whenever she gets a chance and will be working towards her therapy dog training.

I’m a real person! I am a wife, a mom, a daughter, and a sister. I love kayaking, hiking, running, biking, and anything else that gets me and the family outside together.

“It’s never overreacting to ask for what you want and need.”
